1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ah8 online gaming platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of ah8, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ah8 Platform or any other gaming platform operated under PAGCOR oversight.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

ah8 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

By registering on ah8, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. If ah8 discovers at any time that you do not meet these requirements, your account will be suspended immediately and any funds held in your account will be handled in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR guidelines.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the ah8 Platform, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other required details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Keep your login credentials – including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) – strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify ah8 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If ah8 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your ah8 account, whether or not you authorized such activity. ah8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

ah8 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where ah8 reasonably suspects that the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ah8 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: ah8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards may also be accepted where available.
• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
• Verification: ah8 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documentation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ah8 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions stated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• ah8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

• You agree to play games solely for your own personal entertainment and not for any commercial purpose.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, systems, or security measures.

• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or ah8 staff members.

• Allowing any third party to use your account or playing on behalf of a third party.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

ah8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its registered players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide the following responsible gaming tools and resources:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to help manage your spending.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ah8.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ah8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, ah8 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to technical issues, maintenance, or regulatory requirements.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data, provided that ah8 has implemented reasonable security measures.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content on the Platform.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, ah8's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall ah8's total liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ah8 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data

ah8 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments

ah8 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via their registered contact information.

Your continued use of the ah8 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The operations of ah8 are subject to the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to ah8's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
